Master Classes

Master Classes are offered throughout Wolf Trap's performance seasons at both the Filene Center and The Barns at Wolf Trap. Professional performing artists of all disciplines present Master Classes in the areas of dance, musical theater, opera, folk, jazz, pop, and classical music. The classes provide both observers and participants a behind-the-curtain view of Wolf Trap's stages, as well as the opportunity to work closely with a culturally diverse group of internationally renowned performing artists.

Master Classes are funded in part by the Catherine Filene Shouse Education Fund of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts and the Wolf Trap Annual Fund.

ScrapArtsMusic

Headlining the International Children's Festival is ScrapArtsMusic, an exciting, inventive percussion ensemble from Canada. Transform scrap into art into music. It's the ultimate fusion of recycling, street dance, jazz, and world music and you can learn how!
