The Associates Deck overlooks Wolf Trap's beautiful meadow and the world renowned Filene Center. It is available for private functions on performance evenings during Wolf Trap's Filene Center season, subject to availability.

Associates Deck Rental Details

• Maximum of 300 people seated and approximately 400 standing, measures 8,500 square feet.
• The tented area of the Deck will hold 250 seated guests and approximately 300 for a cocktail reception.
• A minimum attendance of 50 guests is required to reserve the Deck.
• Functions are only permitted on days/evenings of a scheduled performance.
• Guests attending functions must also have a ticket for the related performance. Performance tickets may be purchased through the Group Sales office at (703) 255-1851. More Group Sales Information
• The Associates Deck is equipped with electricity, water source, an on-site Wolf Trap Staff Member, and nearby restroom facilities.
• The renting organization must provide a caterer and/or food and beverages, tables and chairs, linens, audio/visual equipment, and decor.
• Tables and chairs are stored on site and may be rented for an additional fee.

Rental Rates

• $2,000 (Rental includes both tented and open deck space)
• 25% of rental deposit (non-refundable) and a $200 security deposit are due when client returns signed contract.
